Fat Tuesday

Thank God for short weeks.  So, I only lost .4 pounds but I think that is really good since we just came back from a long weekend at camp.  You can't diet at camp....it's not allowed.  So I have a challenge for myself.  I still am not bikini ready.  We go camping again on Labor Day and I want to be in that bikini!  So I'm back on the diet and either the treadmill or walking around the block with the baby in his stroller.  I can do it...I've done it before.  Ugh....need some time and motivation...

Hope everyone else is doing well.

  1. Walking or running outside is much better than the treadmill. It has better results and is more interesting.
