Fat Tuesday

I don't think Christmas pounds should count! I only gained .8 since last week, not to bad. But, since early September when I started the Fat Tuesday posts...I've only lost 1 pound! One freakin pound! So tonight....I'm going to a friends house to play some dance game on her Kinect and totally sweat my ass off! If I do that at least 3 days a week and the other 4 get on the treadmill in connection with eating better........I'll be well on my way!

  1. Ugh... I added 3 pounds in the last week or so. I went on a big health kick early in 2010, losing about 15 lbs and getting quite fit. I was actually in the best shape of my adult life which is saying something in my (ahem) late 30s.

    But since September or so I've had one big fat lazy, crappy eating lifestyle so I've lost a lot of that hard work. Sigh.

  2. I know you can do it, you have done it before, but of course you didn't have a baby at home either. Unfortunately you are just gonna have to set the time aside to DO IT. I know it's gotta be tought with 3 kids and a hubby at home. Don't be to hard on yourself honey.

  5. My work pants are too tight. I need to pull my finger out and eat better and lose some weight. Christmas pounds are often fluid because of the extra salt and alcohol. Just get back to your routine. You will get there

  6. Hey one pound is awesome! When I lost a massive amount of weight, I was losing one pound a week and it ended up totaling 80 lbs. What kind of scale do you use to get such accurate readings?

  7. Some scale we (our company) bought through Avon. I went to the doctor Monday morning to see how accurate it was.

  8. I have 8 lbs. that I need to lose. I gained them while we were moving. I guess it was stress eating:(
