Fat Tuesday

So today I weighed myself! I only lost .2 pounds. I'm not discouraged though. Saturday I started doing the Just Dance on the Wii. What a great cardio workout! I've done it everyday since then. I think that, combined with eating a lot better and I'll start to see some progress.

  1. I agree with you. I have decided that I am going to pull out the treadmill and start doing it every night. I can feel the start of my winter 5 lbs coming on. I don't like that feeling.

  2. well, I started my whole foods diet, 1 week ago, and today I finally weighed myself, and I have lost 2 pounds! Congrats on your weightloss, anything is awesome.
