Call the presses! I lost a pound. Really it's not that big of a deal. Last week was water weight I think with my period crap. Sometimes, I hate being a girl. Like I really need something to make just a little bit chubbier once a month. Ugh. My neighbor and I are looking into taking a Zumba class like twice a week and if I though in the treadmill I think I will totally see some results. I hope everyone is doing good on their weight loss. Sorry I've been so MIA from blogger in twitter....but know that I miss all of you guys!
