Fat Tuesday

I feel like every Tuesday's post is alot of the same o crap.  Yes, I gained a little over a pound.  What do you do?  I like food and hate to exercise.  Maybe I'm trying to start a "healthy" looking trend of curvy woman around my area...it might catch on.  Is being a size 14 the worst thing in the world that could happen to me...I think not!

We did start meal planning at our house and I am hoping that helps both the financial part and eating crap all the time. 

Hope everyone is doing well on their weight loss.

  1. I'm a firm believer that size and number doesn't matter as long as YOU are comfortable in your skin. When I lost 80 lbs., I found that I would make meal portions the size of my fist (or a little bigger) because that is roughly the size of my stomach. I would eat just that much when I was hungry, then eat that much the next time I was hungry. That way, I wasn't depriving myself of anything (cos I love food too!) but I was just limiting how much of everything I ate. Plus, I still got to eat frequently. Meal planning is great! We don't do it so much on the weeks we don't have The Kid, but it definitely saves time, aggravation and MONEY!
