Wow!

I haven't blogged in almost a month.  This isn't normal for me.  I have had so much going on and something had to give, my blog was the first to go.  For starters, I mostly blog at work and things just got busy and hectic for me.  Secondly...I ALWAYS blog with a photo.  That being said, I got an awesome new camera to take beautiful photos to add to my blog but the pics are always at home.  I thought I would start blogging at night before I went to bed...that never happened.  I work a full time job.  Have three kids.  Sell Scentsy.  I'm in the process of getting my name out there as a photographer.  And I'm a wife.  There simply isn't enough time in the day for all of that.  I forgot how to relax.  I would love to be away for the night..completely unplugged from everything.

Hope everyone is enjoying their holidays.  I am...I'm just busy while I'm doing it.

Fat Tuesday

I've hit a new low.  I'm almost back up to 160 and I'm NOT ok with that.  This past weekend was girls camp weekend and we ate ALL. WEEKEND. LONG!  I seriously need to change my eating habits and get on the treadmill.  The holidays will just make it worse.  Ugh.

I gained a pound.  I feel more and more like a fat ass everyday.  But, I don't do anything about it...so how can I bitch about it.  I have a slight love affair with food, I can't help this.   Hope everyone else is doing much better.

I only lost .2 pounds.  I have no motivational words this week.  I feel very blah about my weight....    Until next week!

Date Night

My sister and I have talked about doing a double date night with our husbands for YEARS.  Last Saturday, we finally did it!  I was so excited.  I don't get to see my sis very often so to be able to sit and talk to her one on one about things was amazing to say the least.

We went and had an amazing dinner complete with a live band.  We loved the atmosphere.  We were very relaxed and ready to enjoy each others company.

Afterwards, we went to a bar next door and had drinks on the patio.  We were in downtown Houston and the view was amazing.  I really wish I would have had more than just my iphone camera with me.  Mental note: always go to cool new places with camera.  I drank Paradise Martinis.  Never had them before...and they were amazing.  We stayed until 2, got home at 3...alseep by 3:15.  It was so worth it!

I didn't gain or lose, I would say that makes it a pretty decent week!  I don't know how it happened but I'll take it.  Hope everyone else did well this week!



A Head full of Autumn

I got my hair did yesterday!  I love it.  I have a "head full of Autumn"!  Beautiful reds with blonde highlights.  The PERFECT fall look!

So, now that I've decorated myself (haha) I'm guessing I need to get that fall mantel done!
