I've hit a new low. I'm almost back up to 160 and I'm NOT ok with that. This past weekend was girls camp weekend and we ate ALL. WEEKEND. LONG! I seriously need to change my eating habits and get on the treadmill. The holidays will just make it worse. Ugh.
Hugs. I've had a bad month this month. Started out well and I was down pounds, but...I'm afraid to step on the scale!
ReplyDeletei know how you feel. I haven't felt this fat in quite a while. I don't like it either. I just need to be consistent with going to curves. As soon as I fix my treadmill, i need to get on that also.
