Yippie! Lost another 2 pounds. I weighed in at 152.8. I haven't been under 150 in a few years. I've thought about wiring my mouth shut just to get to 149.9 so I could finally be under 150. Ha!
I started the treadmill on Monday and have been doing some lunges and arm weights as well. Today....my legs are killing me!

It's been so s-l-o-w since getting to 150 though. Trying to make it to 135 is tough!
